About Me
I want to help you make your body a place you love to live, so that you can experience life to the full and find joy in every day

While at university studying B.Sc. (AGRIC): Animal Science, my favourite subject was physiology. Understanding the processes that occurred in the animal’s body and what effect they had on various energy systems fascinated me.
I began practicing yoga and fell in love with it, and a few years later I started training with a P.T. and discovered that this too was something that I was passionate about. My Scientific way of thinking and my thirst for knowledge and drive to understand why and how things happen a certain way is what inspired me to learn more about the human body as I evolved in my fitness journey. It has never been enough for me to simply know that things work a certain way, I need to understand how and why they work that way.
I decided to expand upon my knowledge and begin to study through various institutions. Leading a nomadic lifestyle, being able to learn online was perfect for me. I completed my Level 1 Yoga Teacher certification through My Health Yoga and began teaching yoga classes from my garage in Windhoek, Namibia.
I then decided to pursue my education and became a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), since then I have also become a Certified Bodybuilding Specialist Coach, a Certified Glute Specialist and a Nutritional Coach – also through ISSA.
As my education grows, so does my excitement and desire to share this knowledge with others and help them on their own fitness and health journeys.
Suffering a traumatic knee injury which resulted in two surgeries and long months of rehabilitation further inspired my quest for knowledge and understanding and I learnt so much as I struggled to regain strength and mobility, using myself as a test subject to experiment with a variety of different training regimes and programs.

Mission
My mission is to provide quality training programs to clients. By improving performance, reducing pain and injury, increasing strength and mobility each client may recognize how capable and extraordinary their body really is.
The human body is a perfectly designed vessel of chemical and mechanical genius, and it has the ability to adapt in an extraordinary way to almost every situation or limitation and it is my mission to help as many people as I can to recognize that in themselves.

Always be kind
I aim to meet everyone exactly where they are, fostering an empathetic relationship, and understanding their journey by listening and being compassionate. We cannot be truly kind to others unless we develop compassion for ourselves, the aim of helping each person make their bodies a place they love to live is to provide that space for them to curate that kindness toward themselves.
Tread mindfully
In my experience, each time I have suffered an injury it was because I was not focused on what I was doing. By being mindful and completely present during various activities, we are able to minimize injury. One of my biggest values is to keep my client safe. Being mindful of a person’s movement restrictions, their lifestyle, habits and personal insecurities is what guides me when I develop a program for them. I want this journey to be filled with triumphs over challenges mastered, while being sensitive to each individual and their needs

Bound by ethics, driven by Science
As a trainer, I have an enormous responsibility to my client. I will never make empty promises or guarantees. The Science of exercise and movement is what dictates my programs, and the boundaries of genetic and anatomical differences is what dictates their results. I will never provide any recommendations or advice that lies outside the realms of my qualifications and I will always happily work together with other professionals to create programs that provide holistic support to my clients.
